As a calligrapher, I’m always up for a challenge, but when a client recently requested a vintage-style birthday invitation, I’ll admit I was a bit apprehensive. Vintage design wasn’t exactly in my wheelhouse, but I couldn’t resist the opportunity to stretch my creative muscles. Now, after completing the project, I’m not only pleased with the result, but I also gained a new appreciation for this timeless aesthetic… what do you think?
