I recently had the pleasure of spending a festive afternoon with the wonderful team at Lululemon Cheshire Oaks, offering live calligraphy and personalisation for their customers.
Throughout the afternoon, I hand-lettered gift tags to accompany purchases, adding a thoughtful, personal touch to Christmas gifting. It was lovely to see customers choosing names, short messages and little notes that turned a simple tag into something meaningful, the kind of detail that makes a gift feel extra special.
The Lululemon team were an absolute joy to work alongside. Warm, welcoming and full of festive spirit, they created such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in store, which made the afternoon fly by. It was also a pleasure meeting so many customers and chatting while personalising their tags, one of my favourite parts of working live at events like this.
Live calligraphy is a wonderful way for brands to elevate the customer experience, whether during busy retail periods like Christmas or at special events throughout the year. Thoughtful details, beautifully handwritten, are always noticed and remembered.
